We are excited about this newly created role and seeking applications from passionate and experienced Marketing Specialists to join our driven, hardworking, committed and fun Strategy, Marketing & Communications team! In your new role you will be responsible for driving lead generation and conversion across our portfolio of Retirement Living villages throughout New South Wales and the ACT.

As the Marketing Specialist-Retirement Living, you will report in to the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll develop and deliver marketing plans that bring our brand to life, connect with prospective residents, and generate deposits and settlements. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our unique retirement living proposition is clearly defined, well-communicated, and effectively marketed through a range of channels including local area and digital.

In your new role, you will:

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy to deliver qualified leads and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Digital Acquisition team to run effective digital media campaigns, including SEM, SEO, and third-party platforms
  • Plan, coordinate and execute local area marketing activities to support local retirement living events to drive leads, involving creative preparation and sign off, local campaigns across traditional and digital channels, and coordinating event activation elements with the local retirement living team.
  • Lead the creation of marketing assets – including brochures, digital content, social media, event collateral, and advertising campaigns
  • Manage and optimise website and landing page content, ensuring strong consumer journeys and lead conversion
  • Track, analyse, and report on key marketing performance metrics (leads, deposits, cost per lead/sale)
  • Support the execution of marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel

A bit about you:

  • 5–7+ years of marketing experience, with strong executional expertise
  • Proven experience in consumer lead generation and campaign delivery
  • Strong technical marketing skills across both traditional and digital channels
  • Confidence with data and reporting, using insights to optimise campaigns
  • Experience with website management (WordPress) and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
  • A collaborative mindset, able to partner effectively with sales, operations, and digital colleagues
  • A passion for creating campaigns that genuinely improve the lives of seniors
  • Experience in Retirement Living, Property Development, or Aged Care marketing is highly desirable but not essential
